Comments:

• Only one time is counted to each customer, or either, if one same person to effect download 5 times, for payment effect will be computed only 1 registers in cadastre.
• It is only counted registers valid, where the customer informs at least the address of existing email.
• All the IP information, date and hour is stored for bigger transparency of the negotiation and you can consult it any time.
